The Retreat has brought inner joy in me, and everything just falls right. Words can never describe the joy and happiness that it brings to me. I am really lucky and gifted for going through this wonderful journey.

Going for this Retreat, I had a chance to have three days of disconnecting from the frenzy of our regular world. I felt lightened, having released the burden that I have carried along in my life. The mindfulness sessions are amazingly relaxing sessions, helping to bring the mind into focus and reducing stress.
